We are looking for a Data Analyst to join our team of analysts working with product development. You will work in close collaboration with the product teams to help us in our continuing mission to deliver world-class apps and digital services together with our partners. You are a structured and analytical person with a technical background and a passion for products. You gladly take responsibility to take part in the development of data and analytics at Bontouch - to grow the company and improve the way we work with our products.
What you’ll do
You'll be working with several client projects together with our developers, designers and team leads. For example:
Data collection - Together with our product teams you’re responsible for setting which data points to be collected as users navigate through our apps.
Data analytics - Help our project teams and partners make sense of the data with insights. This includes analysis of usage data, finding patterns in user behavior, retention, trends and correlation between different data sources.
Data visualization and reporting - Package your findings into an easily digestible format and present it to stakeholders.
Product development - Feedback data into production to enable product teams in taking appropriate actions.
Who you are
You have a relevant university degree and at least one year's professional experience working with data analysis and agile product development. We're looking for someone with a curious mindset that has a keen interest in technology, in particular the mobile market. You have a passion for data and enjoy using it as a tool to influence others and help create great products. You probably have previous experience in data analysis with the help of Python / R and have gathered data through SQL. It is also beneficial if you have experience from various analytics, business intelligence and campaign management tools. For this role, you need to be fluent in English.
